Steve & Elsie Hart, Ministry Directors

Steven Hart and Elise Hart have the privilege of serving as Directors of the Chaplain and CARE-Team Ministry. They have been followers of Christ for over 40 years. Steve and his wife of 28 years, Elsie, share a passion for ministry and are blessed with two adult daughters who also actively serve in their local churches. In their free time, they enjoy reading, outdoor activities, jeeping, Rv, as well as traveling across the country.

Steve also serves as an Elder at Orchard, providing strong leadership and fostering spiritual growth within the community. His unwavering dedication to family, faith, and service inspires those around him. Steven is committed to powering others through faith and action and has previously served as a Deacon, Awana Facilitator, Usher, and in the Military Ministry. Steven is committed to powering others through faith and action. As a proud Navy veteran, Steven exemplifies service, integrity, and a dedication to making a lasting impact.

Elsie is a proud Navy veteran and has had the honor of serving our country for 26 years. She finds great joy in serving her church community through various ministries, including Production, Levites, Bloom, and Military Ministries. I operate a home-based travel agency, combining my love for travel with helping others create meaningful experiences. In my free time, I enjoy off-road adventures in my Jeep and relaxing with jigsaw puzzles

The Mission of the Orchard Church Chaplain CARE-Team Ministry is to meet the spiritual needs of our church and the community through prayer, visitation, counseling and providing services in people's time of need.

Engage

Engage with in love to meet the spiritual needs of members and the community

Engage with love those who need assistance in planning Orchard Church directed events to include weddings, funerals or memorial services

Equip

Equip members with Biblical based training to respond to crisis situations

Equip members with training on how to plan personal directed events

Empower the CARE-Team along with Chaplains in helping plan personal events coordinated by the Orchard Church
