Frank & Robin Ciammachilli, Ministry Directors

Frank and Robin Ciammachilli have been members of The Orchard since 2002. We became Deacons in 2003 and have been Directors of the Deacon Ministry since 2022. We have been blessed with 6 children in our blended family, and we have 7 grandchildren. Frank is a Regional Manager for Floor & Decor; a flooring retailer and Robin is currently a Realtor in Temecula Murrieta. Our journey to Christ, Robin was saved at the tender age of 19 and her husband Frank was raised Catholic and then accepted Christ as his Savior in Junior High. Frank is a former Professional Baseball Player in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.

Ministry Vision & Mission

The Deacon Ministry Vision is to Engage Orchard members in such a way as to Equip them for ministry service and empower them to serve, according to their spiritual gifting, with the love of Christ. All Church members are assigned to a Deacon group and may contact any of the Deacons in that group when the need arises.

Engage

The Deacon groups reach out regularly to all members in their group to ensure the connection is in place when needed. Our Deacon Ministry is structured in such a way so that all members will always have a point of contact when needs arise. Instead of individual Deacons assigned to individual members, the Deacon Ministry is arranged in groups, or teams, thereby offering an available point of contact, regardless of individual availability, or changes to the Ministry.

Equip

The Deacon groups reach out regularly to all members in their group to ensure the connection is in place when needed. Currently, we have four Deacon Groups with five to seven Deacons in each group. All Church members are assigned to a Deacon group and may contact any of the Deacons in that group when the need arises.

Empower

The Deacon Ministry serves our church members by assisting with their spiritual and physical needs. We work with all available resources, including other Church Ministries, to provide care for our member families. We have an amazing team of Deacons with a heart and dedication for service to the Lord, the Church, and our members.
